inspiration: use playdough to create a face that represents how you are feeling, go to a pottery class, chalk on the cement, draw, paint

you will actively seek to learn more about things outside of your everyday knowledge by adopting a learning mindset.
inspiration: go to the children’s section of a book store and read the stories, read a blog about tigers, ask a friend about their dreams.

march "embrace others creativity "
you will spend time learning about and celebrating how others express their creative selves.
inspiration: go to a museum, find speaker events, watch a comedian, go up to a street painter.

april "out of the box thinking"
you will generate wild ideas, problem solve in unique ways, and change your perspective.
inspiration: pick your favorite item and come up with 10 feature additions, make dinner with 5 random ingredients and no recipe, draw something that seems impossible.

may "flirt with uncomfortability"
you will work on a project/activity/exercise that you feel uncomfortable with and reflect on the experience.
inspiration: paint a portrait of someone, sing a song in public, try a tiktok dance, cook for friends.

inspiration: create a photo collage, video montage, interview people on why they love their friends, take the same picture every day in a new way.

you will explore how sound may create mental freedom for you to find inspiration, new ideas, and divergently think.
inspiration: attend a concert of an artist that you have never listened to, go to a sofar sounds concert, listen to nature.

you will use your body to find new ways to move and find energy.
inspiration: take a dance class, do jazzercise, make a finger dance, practice handstands, play twister.

september "personal recess"
you will set aside time to do something for the pure thrill of the experience and no expectation of a future result.
inspiration: take 15 minutes to do something you truly have been wanting to do but haven't found the time or reason/permission and DO IT.

october "sharpen a skill"
you will pick one skill to work on for 30 days that is not new to you, but is not yet a strength and notice the change over 30 days.
inspiration: work on cursive, practice creative writing, draw faces, do nail art, walk 5 more minutes than the day before.

november "become an expert "
you will pick one topic/subject for a month to completely immerse in and learn more about each day.
inspiration: if you chose to study fueng shuey, you would move your furniture around to practice it, listen to a podcast, call an expert.

you will rethink what you believe to be true to broaden your frame of what is possible.
inspiration: find at least one thing you believed to be a fact that has changed- is pluto a planet?
